I'd tried some weight lifting and body weight programs, but they weren't working for me. They seemed to be good for a while, but then I'd tank. Elements let me progress at my own pace. “I started elements to get fit again with baby steps after a year without training because of a heart problem.This was my first year of my adult life without any training but you know if you don't use it lose it. First I just did elements and after a while as I got stronger I started intergral strength again and now I do both programs. Elements helped me improve my balance,strentgh, mobility give my base back. I try to do something every day even if I just have 15 minutes and elements is perfect for that at least for me. The program gives you options if you can go hard or just take it easy depends on your day. They talk to you like an adult, clear logical way.”
