I have always been a bodyweight exercise enthusiast, but I've never been very strong nor very flexible. Also, I always wanted some sort of course that I could do at home, without fancy equipment, it's just easier to build a good habit without the hassle of finding a gym or buying fancy equipment. Elements was a fortunate finding. I love the gradual approach the course takes from fundamentals to more complex skills. It worked perfectly for me, and I plan to use it pretty much forever.

25 sessions in now, this is the best program I have purchased. Well organised, fun, practical, flexible, and progressive. I feel energised after sessions and excited for the next one. Movement quality is improving, including finding delicious new ranges of motion quickly. The perfect stimulus to fatigue ratio for me. Fantastic for joint health as I improve strength, mobility, and stability at all angles. Sessions can be completed in as quickly as 15 minutes. I'm enjoying the 30 minute sessions to give more time to get a better feel of each movement. Elements sessions are a great way to start the day, or as a warm up to my hypertrophy/strength/skill workouts.

This is an exhaustive program, can meet beginner (me) or really more advanced.

As a 71 year old active woman I have been working on regaining joint mobility to prolong my ability to continue mountain biking, road cycling, hiking and snowshoeing. This course has shown me the way to also build strength while increasing joint mobility. I am hoping to learn how to do a handstand using these techniques.

I just completed Elements for the second time and I want more because I guess I will get stronger and more flexible with each time I do it)) First of all I want to say that I am a big fan of home workouts and Elements is a great program to do at home. Now I can do push-ups! First time in my life! I also can do things I couldn't do in yoga before, like chaturanga or stepping from downward-facing dog to lunge and jumping forward from downward-facing dog. I love all of these animal movements but spiderman and its variations is my favorite. Thank you so much for this inspiring time with Elements. I am very impressed with Elements. I am getting stronger with movements that are challenging but not boring like conventional exercises.

This training brought me back to the basics of moving my body, and it couldn’t have helped me more. I had nagging small injuries that I developed after I dramatically reduced my exercise for a few years. I thought it was just age, but it wasn’t. After even a few weeks with this course I felt myself recovering from those nags and feeling like can move again. I thought this would be “too easy” when I started, but it was exactly as advertise: the building blocks that you need to move properly. The course ramps up nicely and is even pretty darn fun too! I highly recommend this for anyone that wants to jumpstart their body into moving again. Move it or lose it!

As an older adult with 2 hip replacements and a few other physical challenges I was hesitant to give this a try. It has been a really fun journey gaining more strength and flexibility in my hips and legs. I've had better results with this program than I've had with Pilates and weight training and I feel like I'm playing. Definitely worth a try!
