I'm going through Elements again and I love it. I'm 54 and Elements has allowed me to get into a deep squat, rehab a knee and a shoulder and gain increased flexibility. There is so much to this course, it's freshly updated, Ryan is great and with how I'm progressing I just may try BJJ.

I’ve been looking for something to solve my chronic inflexibility and lack of mobility and This has been it. With the programme and the youtube channel everything is there to gradually work yourself towards a stronger more mobile version of yourself. Would definitely recommend to anyone who’s struggling and needs help.

I’m about 25 sessions in so far. I started doing it every other day but moved to daily because I liked how I felt after the sessions.

Elements was my first GMB program and it is still the foundation of all my bodyweight training. This program helped me develop a much better grasp on my body's way of moving, all the tiny little details in posture and balance and arrangement of limbs that make the difference between stumbling around whatever way the body has developed to protect itself from mismanagement, and conscious, fluid, skillful movement, that is easy yet graceful, simple yet a perfect interplay of all the body's complex mechanisms to create one smooth, controlled motion. Elements has changed the way I approach movement in general, everyday life, and has had a profound impact on my dancing practice which is my passion. Movements I had struggled with for years came suddenly easy, fast and strong. The constant fight against gravity to keep the proper posture without becoming stiff as a board became easier, then disappeared almost entirely into memory. Tightness and lacking range of motion improved, bit by bit, until I could perform moves and execute positions that would have been impossible before. Elements provided me with a way to form a broad, solid foundation of physical capability, strength and mobility for every aspect of my life. The clear explanations and comprehensive instruction videos, the scalability of difficulty in each and every exercise, the gradual approach towards more difficult movements and the option of choosing the duration of each session, as well as the reflection on it at the end of each session, are all factors that make Elements the most easily accessible and best to follow program I have yet tried. As a dancer, I am intimately aware of the importance of the basics. We practice and repeat them always, because there is always more to be learned from the easiest-seeming of movements, always another layer, another stage of difficulty to reach for. The basics are the foundation for everything and must never be neglected nor seen as "too easy", because if you think they are too easy, you are likely to do them wrong and stimy your progress for years to come. This is what Elements is for me, the absolute basics, the foundation of everything else, whereupon I build my practice and my progress. This is where I always return, to another repetition, and each time, there is something new to be discovered, something greater to be achieved. These are the basics, and they are with me everywhere, always.

Absolutely love the GMB programmes and have found my flexibility and strength have increased with doing 15 min sessions. Life is busy and I struggle to find time to exercise, so having the opportunity to do 15 mins and still see results is very motivating. I also like the support and follow up emails - it is nice to feel like I’m not just a number. Thoroughly recommend.

Elements is a program that teaches you skills you can work on and get better and better on over time. The 4 basic moves are all sort of like crawling, moving around on your hands and feet in different positions, and advancing across a floor or ground. It's a great way to spend a little time, and get a lot of improvement in both daily and athletic movement out of it. It's super efficient, while also being very fun, and relatively safe, more and more so as I learn to attend to what my body is ready and wanting to do at any given time.

Elements provides a clear systematic process for restoring mobility and developing smooth, efficient movement. I love the fact that my 10 year old is watching me, then joins the party. Well done GMB!

It cannot be overstated how beneficial even a 15 minute session of Elements training can be. The program is broken down into a supportive pace and allows you to build confidence at any level of training.
