I've been doing bodyweight training for the last 6 years but for the past year or so I was training because I knew I had to - not because I liked it - and felt I needed to change my training regimen. I had heard of GMB some time ago and decided to give Elements a try: just a few sessions in and I realized how much "play" and "fun" were missing from my former training. I'm now towards the end of Elements and I'm super happy with it: I feel I'm moving better, I'm jumping on stuff as I used to 10 years ago, etc. I've also been doing the Resilience program, great "slow-burning" stuff that also made me discover left/right flexibility asymmetry I didn't know I had and that I'll have to work on. I was afraid that Elements might be too easy: well, far from it. Slooooow perfect reps with stalls are no joke. Exercise variations cover beginner to more advanced levels - after seeing me practising some monkey/bear stuff my 12yo daughter asked me to join the program (no way dad can do that stuff while I can't, right?). Can't wait to give Sequences and Integral Strength a try !

I didn't think Elements would be a good fit for me because I'm a sedentary obese woman in my 50s. Fortunately I gave it a try! In 15 minutes a session, I've improved my strength, flexibility, and confidence. I look nothing like the people demonstrating the moves, but ya know what? I'm still improving my health every time I do a session. I find it fun because thanks to the good coaching, I don't feel pressured to do too much. I actually look forward to my evenings of Elements.

Hi GMB! First I would like to thank you all for the really GREAT job you do on the website and above all, Praxis. A real amazing tool, carefully planned, shot and executed, Praxis is a joy to navigate, play and learn. As for my experience so far with Elements, it is the most basic and simple form of movement and it serve me well for all my needs. The program is well crafted and I really enjoyed it. As someone who has an non-regular working schedule, I take the time to learn the sessions (with mostly inside 45 minutes format) as possible and play with it before my kettlebell training sessions or as a stand alone mobility morning routine. As a lifetime access program it fit all my training schedules and it’s all fine. The more deeper I go into the program more comments will probably come. Keep up the good work! Marc PS : the amount of effort you put in your programs deserves the price raise announced at the beginning of the year and I see no problem paying a little more.

For context, a little about me; I am male, born in 1973, 1,87, about 77 KG. I have been doing work outs for decades. Traditional workouts with machines, barbells, and dumbells, aimed at looking better, more buff and ripped at first. Later on, I added running to those workouts. From there moved to cross-fit and HIIT type workouts. But as I got older my priorities changed, looking in shape is not unimportant but less so than some other things. For example; I have nine your old son who is into trampoline jumping. I will never be able to do the things he can, but it is nice to be with him on the trampoline and do half saltos, landing on my butt, handstand head rolls, that he thinks look really bad, but that I am secretly quite proud of. It is nice to be abled to ties your shoes with your legs straight, frog leap from one place to another when plucking weeds in the garden, getting up from a crosslegged seat without using your hands, etc. etc. That list goes on and on. And thatś where Movement & Mobility Fundamental Training really helped me. I can do all of the above & more. I am more agile, I move with ease and did not lose any strength. I am really looking forward to the progressions like high monkeys, headstands and the playful Floor Loco exercises.

I'm 48 and I struggle with stiffness in my movements and feeling lethargic during daytime. But everytime I emerge from an Elements session I would feel more energised, my movements more effortless and feeling a general sense of happiness. Kudos to the GMB team for creating this programme.

I have had elements for a few years and have used it as a reliable port to return to when my body loses itself at sea. I train bjj and elements is without doubt the single best accompaniment to it. I can’t explain it fully but whenever I train elements I see to just improve my Jiujitsu. It provides a freedom on the mats that I don’t have when I’m not using elements. It’s a fantastic program. I will continue to use it for many years and look forward to every session.

Coming from Yoga teacher path, and as lover of outdoor activities (climbing, swimming, cycling, hicking,...) I found GMB a really nice, smart and gradual (simple to complex) program. It is a bodyweight work program to understand gaps, learn new movement patterns, and increase body awareness and listening enjoying body mobility

Bought Elements and 7 other courses ( most discontinued now ) years ago and came back after growing tired of the gym. Currently nearly done on my second round of Elements and its starting to show in my everyday movements. 76 sessions in just over 2 months and it has become a staple in my training schedule and will keep going until Im at the level I need to be to move onto the follow up course. Love what GMB offers and the way they deliver it. Im a big guy, 6’2” over 120kgs, 44 years old and more than anything, I just want a body that can move without pain, stiffness and restriction. Elements is giving me that.
