“I am 64 year old female with serious left knee issues. As I can no long jump about I thought I would give this a try. I finished the gradual version and started again. I only do the 15 minute versions as I find the longer ones too much of the same thing for too long. Elements is great for making you think about how you are doing what you are doing (like in Pilates). I have discovered a few muscles I never had control of before. Calling the movements by animal names makes them easier to remember and my overall coordination has improved a lot.”
“Being a personal trainer & a life-long fitness fanatic, I’ve tried just about every type of training program there is. That’s why I can say with confidence that nothing else quite compares to Elements. At 45, my mobility, coordination, and motor control is greater today than it was 20 years ago, no question. If you’ve got an open mind and are comfortable with unique challenges, I strongly recommend giving Elements a shot. You won’t regret it.”
“I did Elements several times, as preparation for the other GMB Courses, as a fundamental basic training for my Kung Fu and now as a recovery plan after a hip replacement ... I love the well-thought step-by-step introduction to every move and the good system for progression...having funny comments from Ryan helps you to get started, if you do it first thing in the morning. I recommended GMB in general and Elements as a starting point to friends and colleagues because in my opinion it is one of the best available programs for a long lasting training at home.”
“I've been undertaking Elements twice per week and have found the program:
Logical
Progressive
Adaptive
Portable
And fun!
It has improved not only my mobility but also motivation to maintain a regular practice regardless of where I am situated both physically and mentally.
I have also invested in their Integral Strength program for further functional improvements in my own health.
No regrets.”
“I didn’t know what to expect from GMB. I’ve seen it advertised on IG for awhile. Look at it, thought about it, how is it different from Primal Move or Animal Flow? I purchased elements to give it a shot and I hit the ground running. I started on the lowest level of elements since I’m a beginner with their curriculum. It’s hard, challenging, and a motivator. Weeks now into this program I’m not as stiff in the hips, my low back rarely irritates me, and I feel confident to more fluid on the jiu jitsu mat. I’ve been in fitness for 10+ years learning it all and after all the certs/methodologies I’ve become old enough to be simple in my training. Ruck, KBs, Bodyweight, Sandbags, Jiu Jitsu, and GMB movement. Not much more that a person can need like myself with this combination.”
“There is no one who could not benefit from this amazing program. It's so well designed and thought out. There is so much support via excellent coaching, progressions and regressions, and just a positive attitude that you are unlikely to find in other online (or IRL) programs. I use elements in combination with strength training (kettlebells mostly) and I can say that every day I do this work I feel better mentally, physically, and emotionally. I mean, it's quicker than liquor.”
“I'm a 73-year-old male who worked in the construction trades. I have the beat-up body to prove it. I needed a workout program that could perform miracles. Elements comes close. The program isn't easy for me, as I struggle with every workout due to an overall loss of strength and decades-old joint injuries. Most of the movements I have to modify, but that's okay. Getting on the floor and moving around with the exercises in Elements is the perfect workout program for me. My shoulders, core, and legs benefit from this wonderfully thought-out program!”
“After a few failed attempts at starting the Elements program, I finally committed have seen some great progress! I am about half way through with Elements and I've enjoyed the process so much that I just added the Mobility and Integrated Strength programs as well.”
