I am really enjoying Elements so far! I do feel my back is getting stronger, and my wrists are so much better than when I started. My frist few sessions I my wrists were killing me, but now I have wrists of steel! I love that every sessions is different and you are buidling new skills. It makes hitting the mat enjoyable every day. For the price it is great and you will move better by the end, or well 1/2 way like me. My wish list was varations to some of the moves. For example there is a move called "Walk into Squat" which is a warm up move that comes up quite a bit. I am not sure if it is my T-Rex arms, my gut, or just lack of flexability somewhere in my body but I cannot do the move. And there is a really basic version they suggest, it does not help to actually do the move properly, so I would love some progression varietys to moves like that. And my other nit pick, but again for the price you can't go wrong, is that at the end of each session you get to pick your favorite move, and the most challenging move. As far as I can tell this does nothing. So if you have moves that constantly challenge you, there really is no variety to those moves to get your you doing them properly, and the program just keeps going forward assuming that you are able to do the moves. TLDR, great program, I love it, and I would recommend it to anyone.

I’ve been trying elements for a few weeks now. Almost at 20 sessions. At 47 years old, I was looking for something that had a focus on mobility, but would also still leave me at the end feeling like I had still done an actual workout. Elements has delivered. I’ve noticed improvement in an old shoulder injury that has bothered me for quite a while and much more flexibility when moving in a squat position, all while not losing anything in the strength department. I can see this program being something I will complete and then periodically go back to, or I will incorporate “elements of Elements” into other workouts. It’s been a great find and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone who is looking to improve mobility, heal injuries, and train for strength in an unconventional way.

I've been using Elements for quite some time. And what I love about it is that everything I need is in one place. What type of workout to do? Just start a session from a program? Not much time? There are different time options. I feel suspiciously tired after normal warm-up? I can choose low-intensity option. And since the exercises are changing there is always this feeling of something new. I also really enjoy the type of exercises, they are just so fun to do. I used to struggle with motivation because I didn't like "normal" ones.

As 40+ startinhg out on fitness journey to remedy decades of bad habits, elements did come in as a handy tool and I am beginning to get some mobility back. I have enjoyed instruction videos in Ryan's soothing voice. Only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because I am struggling with free flow movements because there is inadequate help for that. Trying free flow movements for the first time is too much of a brain overload and it stops becoming fun very soon. I would have really liked some follow along videos for free flow movements whicg would help me to get into a certain rhythm. Hope this feedback will get the team thinking on those lines ! Great job guys. Keep doing what you do.

They explain things thouroughly and coherently. When doing elements consistantly, I see a lot of progress in mobility and strength. For example, my ability to do a squat has improved, and my upper body strength/shoulder strength has improved. As I progress through the Elements course, I feel like I also gain a better awareness of my body and how to use it. However, I would reccomend taking it slowly, because they tend to push you more than you might expect. It's very useful for identifying weak spots. It's also a lot more fun than other exercise programs.

This is a great program. The movements start to feel natural so quickly, and each workout really builds smoothly on the previous one.

I've only been doing Elements for 6 weeks but I feel better than I have in years. Having suffered with lower back pain for many years I'm enjoying pain free movement for thy first time in a long time. Every week I feel stronger and working at my own pace I see improvement each week as well. Loving the program and the hints and tips that come also. Help is always just an email away. Thanks GMB.

Physical fitness became a focus of mine after nearly a decade and a half of hard physical work. My work involves a lot of manual lifting and working with hand tools but can be sporadic and intermitent and i found that I needed to do supplementary exercise to maintain strength and mobility for when I had to rely on my body to do what I needed it to. After years of falling in and out of self-taught stretching routines and intermittent periods of exercise I was recommended GMB by an osteopath. When I started I was pretty out of shape and had very variable mobility. I found Elements to be the perfect thing for me. The fact that it works so much on mobility without being about static stretches, the flexibility of session length, the blend of clear guidance with autonomy for the duration of each exercise. I find the sessions feel like a workout if you want to push yourself but can also be completed quite gently while still making a difference. It really changed me and my relationship with my body. I'd always considered myself physically strong but Elements revealed and improved so many areas where my strength was lacking. It has also increased my mobility immensely. After just over a year since i started in earnest, I'm now working through Elements for a second time, I've also completed the Integral Strength program with bodyweight and Rings and am now working on the Muscle-up program.
