I was skeptical about another workout program at first but I purchased Elements anyway. It is the first time I have fun working out. It has physically challenged me in ways that I didn't know it would. It is building strengthen and flexiblity in a new and effective way and making me stronger on my mountain bike. Elements is just what I wanted and needed!

Been using Elements for about 5 years. I keep coming back to it because I find it challenging. It keeps you mobile and stronger in a fun sort of way.

I use as a daily conditioning routine. Keeps me tuned in to how my body is feeling and helps me to meet the demands of life.

I started Elements a few months ago and I’m loving it! My favourite part is that everything seems so basic, but when you do it properly it can still be SO challenging too! I still haven’t mastered all the movements, but I’ve noticed the strength transfer in other areas, other workouts, and my job! If you’re not sure where to start, start here :)

I have accumulated numerous injuries over the years, so I was looking for a Simple Body weight program. That would help me ease back into moving more freely and with limited to no pain. The elements program is not easy by any standard, but is scalable to your current condition/situation. I have made some progress and believe that rotating the Elements and Mobility programs things will improve even more.

I love GMB Programs. The instruction and the platform are first rate. The makeup of the sessions/programming are excellent. And it is a lot of fun when approached the right way :) I always feel good after a session!!

Love this program. It's simple, doesn't take much time to do, and it's effective. Effective for me means it makes my body feel healthy, or I should say, younger. I'm just 33 years old, and I've been actively exercising since I was 15: Soccer, tennis, tae kwon do, gymnastics, calisthenics, gym, mixed martial arts... still, slowly but surely, my body started to feel more and more achy since I began my professional career (excessive sitting I suppose). I definitely perceive that my body moves and feels better after less than a month with this program (and I've tried others...). Plus, the program and website are laid in such a way that it makes it very easy for you to keep at it, and not side track.
