“I’m halfway through the GMB Fitness Elements program, and the results have been incredible so far. My flexibility and mobility have noticeably improved, and I feel better overall—both physically and mentally. The program is well-structured, easy to follow, and designed to meet you where you are, regardless of your starting point. It’s not just about getting stronger; it’s about learning to move with ease and control. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to feel better in their body and unlock their natural movement potential!”
“I started Elements at age 70 right after working through Resilience. I love both programs. My goal is functional fitness to maintain my lifelong physically demanding activities. These are 1) working in my shop, 2) maintain my 180 year old home and grounds, and 3) continue travelling winter (snowshoe, toboggan) and summer (canoe) in the Canadian north. The last few years I have taken stock of the fact that I was getting injured frequenty while recovering slowly with less resilience and reduced elasticity. Getting older is real and things do change, you need to recognize that; but at the same time I felt that changing things up could help me keep doing what I love (sure, with some adjustments). Both Resilience and Elements have proven critical to making that happen for me. The program and the quality of coaching and instruction are both superb.”
“Elements has taught me a great deal about my body, both how it moves at present, and how I can train it to move. The exercises are easy to grasp but difficult to master, which is a perfect combination for the purpose of building strength and competency over time.”
“The movements are somewhat tricky to master at first.
The explanations are clear and easy to understand.
The progression is a bit too steep... Dorsiflexion is an issue for me and I find it difficult to improve.
I wished I started this program earlier. It is also hard on my shoulders.
But my wrists and hips mobility is improving a lot.
I already start seeing improvements in my judo practice.”
“Around 2020, I entered the Elements program and finished it within that year. Although I benefited greatly from the program, I didn't give it a review.
Now, in 2024, I have returned to the program after a long pause in my training. It has been two weeks since I came back to Elements, and I am glad that I did. Some of the exercises have changed or been added, but the core elements—crab, bear, monkey, and frogger—are still there. It has been so much fun and exciting to shift my focus from raw strength and muscle to better movements. Elements does just that: it helps me move better with the side effect of becoming stronger as well.
Outside of the program, I have also been listening to the GMB podcast and reading their articles. All the information is really helpful and free. I would say that whether you buy Elements or not, the resources they provide are still top-notch; I was able to do a muscle-up just by following the GMB method.
After four years, I still believe that Elements is one of the best investments I made from the start! Haha.
P.S.: Thank you for reminding me to write this review. As I write this, I realize how much Elements has brought positivity into my life. I'm grateful.”
“I love these workouts! Always feel like I’vepretty-in pretty good shape, but this makes me realize how some of my core elements really need a little attention.”
“I went from traditional lifting weights/body building type workouts to elements. I made the switch because my core was weak, and my joints were continuously injured. The first few weeks I had a completely differenct feeling in my body after a workout. Less pump, but more wrecked (in a good way). I had never done this type of primal movement training, and I had no idea how functionally weak I was. Eye opener.”
