As an older adult with 2 hip replacements and a few other physical challenges I was hesitant to give this a try. It has been a really fun journey gaining more strength and flexibility in my hips and legs. I've had better results with this program than I've had with Pilates and weight training and I feel like I'm playing. Definitely worth a try!

I own several GMB courses now and can't recommend Elements in particular enough. I've now completed it several times. For years I had been unable to gain continuity with training because old niggles would set me back as soon as I was making noticeable progress. As a program Elements is so well balanced and enjoyable - you simply follow it and you will progress.

I have a sedentary lifestyle due to my computer-bound work. Elements got me to move in a fun and challenging way. The buildup of movements over time and the playfulness of the overall approach keep the training interesting. Improvements in mobility, flexibility and strength come really fast and surprisingly so (I couldn't have imagined at the outset that I could be able to perform the suggested movements).

I love GMB and all its products. It's the best investment in any 'fitness' program I've ever done and the only one I keep coming back to. With the modern sedative lifestyles Elements provides me with the tools needed to keep moving and working on my mobility.

I purchased elements a while ago and got through 15 or so lessons, my mobility improved heaps. But I was finding the sessions a bit difficult to do before or after weights/CrossFit as they require more concentration and dedication than just a stretching routine. I went back to 20 mins of post workout yoga and stretching, and although it was a nice cool down and I became a bit more flexible, I have found day to day tasks, running, playing footy with the kids more difficult and not as easy to jump right into. Since switching back to elements I've noticed an almost immediate improvement - body feels more durable and resilient which is super important as I'm about to turn 40. Overall, brilliant real world program that's a lot of fun too.
