I have had the Elements programme for a number of years and used it occasional to learn mobility techniques but hadn’t worked through it properly. I have rediscovered a love of moving and exploration that I had lost.

I signed up to Elements because I wanted to challenge my body. I already box, run and do strength training, but wasn’t doing a lot on the mobility front. I got what I wanted! The moves are well demonstrated and the progression is hard but achievable. It’s a very satisfying course and I’ve gotten stronger and more agile. The one thing I don’t like is having to click through the warm up and cool down sections for each session- sometimes i want to do back to back sessions and this disrupts my flow. But otherwise I love it!

I am very glad I have started this program, I prepare for a trail marathon and can see the benefits from this.

I love this program. I’ve been using Elements for about 1 month and I have seen improvement in my range of motion especially in my hips and shoulders. I would definitely recommend it. Well done GMB!

Really well put together basic program to improve movement patterns. As a martial artist, this quickly has become a staple in my routine.

I had a hip issue and made an appointment to see a sports doctor. 2 weeks before the appointment I started Elements. Within a few training sessions, the hip flexor issue went away. I am so thankful as the doctor gave me the “your getting older, maybe slow down” speech and recommended some supplements from a conspiracy website. Bullet dodged. I’ve gone on to 2 other GMB programs. I am currently using Sequences to help strengthen and upkeep mobility as a support for 10-14 hours a week of triathlon training. Thank you, GMB!

Can’t say enough good things about GMB and Elements program. My friend turned me on to GMB and I watched/listened to/read a lot of the content while I was recovering from major shoulder surgery last year. Once I had gone through enough PT and was starting to develop more strength, I signed up for Elements a couple months ago. I can honestly say that this 55 year old has now regained more strength and mobility than before my injury which was 10 months ago. Don’t be fooled by the name - Elements is really hard! There’s still a lot I can’t do well, but if I slow things down and really follow the great instruction, I always improve. I love the warm-up/practice/play/finish strong ethos to the sessions. And I’ve emailed the GMB team a number of times for help/tips/suggestions, and they are super responsive. I get some funny looks in the gym I go to sometimes because I’m sitting there on the floor, tuned into my phone, doing the Bear or Monkey or whatever. But all the folks looking at me are weaker and less flexible than I am, so ha. No seriously, this is a great program if you take it seriously and pay attention to your body, how you are feeling that day, take things slowly, and “run your own race” with it. Thanks GMB!
