I’m a mom of four active boys, and I was really out of alignment and weak after the pregnancies (worth it!). Well, seek and you will find. I gave Elements a try since the boys were moving in the same ways as they grew. So, my 15 minute workout was playtime with them, gave me a huge boost physically and mentally, and helped me achieve a newfound agility for my active (albeit ordinary) days. Shoulder/neck aches from nursing, gone. Hip immobility from the amazing transformation my bod went though, solved. If you’re on the fence, do it. PS - for moms who had huge rocket bellies like me: before I started this, I did a year of a rehab for diastasis recti, and I still make some modifications to keep everything zipped up.

I hate strength training. I go to do it and it’s always just counting the minutes until I can leave. Or choosing something I enjoy more (usually some kind of cardio - running, dancing). Elements is a complete reversal of that. It’s fun! I love play and silliness, and I get that along with the more “serious” benefits of the program. Highly recommend for everyone but especially those of us that dread leg day, arm day, whatever day.

Great program for people who like to explore new movements and want to try something new for their training. Lots of fun and can be used as a stand-alone or an accessory training program.

A well done plug and play mobility system to streamline getting some movement gains in. Its a lot of fun to move like this and is a great break. The addition of play is something we all need more of.

I‘m not through the GMB Elements program yet, but with the sessions so far I’ve already noticed improvements in my squat and hip mobility, a lower back issue is bothering me less & I feel more robust (if that’s possible). Explanation videos are really good and I find the time flies by when doing the Play and Push sections. Even some movements that have been really hard for me haven’t gotten easier, but my form gets better with repetition. I love this program and I am sure that I’ll repeat it again over time to get even better results.

I have had Elements program for quite some time now. I’ve been through it a few times over the years. I enjoy the simplicity of workouts and lifelong access. I just push play and follow along with the demonstrations. I use it as adjunct to other fitness/exercise.

If you've gotten so far as to be reading reviews, you have an idea of what this is all about. This type of 'training' is great amounts of silly fun ... sometimes. Other times you're embracing the suck ... hard. I could go on about how well the programs are structured ... the clear instruction, the logical progressions, the ability to choose workout schedule and length of your workout, even the option to choose a shorter workout after the warmup if you're not feeling it ... but here's two unrelated things I want to mention. One ... the occasional message from Ryan. Seemed a little cheesy at first. But listen, and heed his advice! These messages are well-timed and great reminders of how you should be approaching the training. More than once, these messages really helped me overcome frustration with moves I couldn't master right away. Two ... you really can find you've improved in seemingly unrelated stuff. The last time I went mountain biking (after a few weeks off) I noticed a definitive improvement in my strength and stamina, which resulted in, well, more fun! I felt more in control and less like I was just trying to survive. Two completely different things, somehow connected ... as promised. I'm working through Elements now for my second time ... the program has gotten some major upgrades since it was first released. Feeling better about life, the universe, and everything.
