Elements are the first "fitness" program I have ever paid for. I have a relatively long history (40+ years) of participating in endurance sports (XC mountain biking, road cycling, cross-country skiing, running, hiking, and backcountry skiing). I am self-coached in these activities. I also regularly use traditional strength training to support (maintain strength and reduce injuries) in my sports. I am always looking for other/better ways to "train" and when the GMB videos started popping up on my YouTube page, I was intrigued because I have been trying to incorporate more mobility training and stretching into my day. The Elements program is well set up and easy to follow. I have completed 31 sessions so far. At first, I found some of the workouts a bit boring (10 minutes of doing the basic Bear was hard....), but there is always something to work on (being smoother, the combination moves and stalling some of the movements is challenging). I can see so much room for improvement compared to some of the people you have in the videos (Ryan, Chris and Rose). Is this going to make me a faster XC skier? The jury is out but I am enjoying Elements so far and I think mobility is very important for overall fitness/health.

As an active individual with extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, I wondered what Elements had to offer me. I wanted to learn advanced calisthenics and tricking skills - could going back to the basics really develop my coordination and autonomy beyond what I'd learned on my own? The short answer is an emphatic yes. There is immense value in starting off "easy" and rewiring our movement patterns. After working through the program (which is a lot of fun), I found myself achieving great success with skills I'd struggled with in the past (including handstand holds, tuck handstand, tuck planche). But along the way, I found myself looking forward to the lessons not just as a means to an end - Elements is inherently playful and the process has been deeply engaging and enjoyable. After two months, I find myself coming back to Elements again, eager to continue improving. In the meantime, I've begun another GMB program and look forward to more.

Elements has changed the way I train and how I think about movement. It made me improve flexibility and strength and it allowed me to learn techniques and gestures faster and more effectively. The program is simple to follow and it make you gradually build your skills. But honestly my favorite thing is the playful yet professional approach these guys have, the absence of fanaticism, no six pack abs or new fitness promises. “Just” the magic of consistency, the joy of the process and the power of love... love for what your body can do and for where it can take you. Thank you GMB !

I've worked my way a little over half way through Elements and actually decided to start over and redo the first lessons again, to get an even better basic understanding of them before pushing into the second half o the program. It is so great to have a program like Elements at hand for the training days where other activities are not possible. Great, easy-going and fun instructions - i really like it!

In a few short months, Elements gave me back (a lot of) the mobility I had slowly lost over the last 10 years. My tension headaches are all but gone. The pain in my lower back is the exception, not the rule. It's given me confidence to revive my martial arts and running training. I highly recommend actually reading the newsletters also. Thanks, GMB!

Helped me mainly discover that I needed to unlock my hips. Exercices look simple at first sight but getting to "stall" is difficult and I still far from that. Not clear to me what to do after since I still don't master but at yhe same time cannot restart from scratch

Hey, thanks for the review. You're not expected to be able to master the stalls - they're hard! But if you're not sure how to continue, just respond to any of the check-in emails we've sent or shoot us a message at hi@GMB.io. We have a whole team of coaches whose literal job is to answer your Qs :)
