The flexible time based structure of the workouts was really good to encourage consistency in getting some work in. And the exercises were nicely varied -repeated often enough to see progress, but most days there was a new move to try and see how it felt. The emphasis on working at today's pace and exploring what you can do was a welcome change of focus from looking at the numbers of pace or reps or kilos on the bar

Elements and GMB is something you have to experience for yourself. I really fell in love with that style of training and I am seeing great progress in my daily training and my everyday life....

This program is amazing! I'm in my 50's and have been active my whole life, but I had 2 total hip replacements this year along with lingering lower back pain from a herniated disk. After going through standard post-surgery physical therapy, and getting the green light from my surgeon to do anything (within reason), I was pain-free but still very stiff in my hips and lower back. I started Elements about 6 months after hip surgery. I couldn't believe the difference after just a few weeks in Elements. I went from feeling like an old man, always cautious of straining something, to feeling like myself again. I can't recommend this enough.

I cannot speak highly enough of this program - I have had multiple injuries due to poor training and chronic overuse over many many years (shoulders, wrists, hips, ankles, lower back, neck). I was, and often am, the poster person for the "months off, too aggressive coming back on, predictable injury" cycle. I was getting truly frightened recently that I had gotten to the "I'll never again... " stage of life. Elements changed that for me. It has been the best exercise program I've used. Learning to go at the pace that's best for yourself and re-evaluating that every day has been essential to me to avoid overdoing it. I no longer pretend I can go back to being 22 years old overnight, and with this right attitude and approach, I have seen steady progress and can even do some things I couldn't do back then! If you fall off the path and have to re-start, the programs are there to get you started at whatever level you are at that time.

Dear internet people reading this review. I am a very sedentary person (IT worker). I had little to no problems with my body and I think I thank the Elements program for that - once a year I try to complete it and each time I feel much better. There is no equipment required and I was able to complete the program with a 2m*1m space in my apartment. Throughout the program, I felt a gradual easing of movement and limbs. My posture improved and minor aches went away. As you can see, I am a huge fan. I am also going for another round of Elements.

What seems TO easy on the surface takes time and effort to "really" master.

I like the training overall, but the content does little to help someone assess and work through the causes of limitations. Also, its almost impossible to go back and retrieve a particular session the way the Praxis platform works. Finally, its tough to do a lot of the moves without my wrists getting sore. That said, with the help of a GMB trained coach, I have been able to address my limitations and move more smoothly through the movements and link several moves, which is gratifying and fun.
