The Elements Training is the best functional training I have ever done. It has improved my mobility by a LOT (Look Mom, I can sit in a squat now!) It helps strengthen the joints and improves strength. It also starts getting you "upside-down" wich is a nice preparation if you would want to start with advanced exercises like tumbling or handstands. I can't recommend this training enough, I keep coming back to it for 4 years.

I really enjoyed the Elements program with GMB Fitness. I have been dealing with physical issues and Elements enabled me to work at my pace, do what I was able to do on any given day, and improve my mobility even with my limitations. It's also fun! I will keep using this progam and will consider other programs for GMB fitness for a new challenge. Thanks to the whole team at GMB Fitness.

As with everything else in life, the most important thing is to start somewhere with something. Elements is a great first step for anyone looking to start, test or even 'refresh' one´s movement capabilities. As I see it, exercising (any physical activity, I mean) consists primarily of strength and mobility, both equally important. Elements covers the moving fundamentals carefully. I´ve been with the program for some time and I intend to repeat it again and again; yes is that good. Get it, do your best, repeat, and you will watch your best effort get better with practice.

I find Elements challenging but after repeating a session a few times, the moves become easier, smoother, rewarding and lots of fun. I like the focus on executing the moves well and being mindful of how my body feels. My flexibility has improved since I started Elements a year ago, athletic injuries have decreased, and my general fluidity of movement has increased. I cannot say enough good things about Elements. I only have time to do it once or twice a week but I always look forward to the sessions. I combine Elements sessions with resistance training and aerobic sports and I feel really good throughout the day. Although this might be a little hard to believe, Elements has actually changed my life in a remarkable way. I am so glad it was recommended to me by my massage therapist.

Elements (like all the GMB programs I've worked with) is a well-thought-out, graduated, creative, fun, smart, and supportive approach to overall body fitness. I can't say enough about it. It's an "animal movement"/body weight thing that can be done pretty much anywhere, as a workout itself or combined with other things you do and uses hardly any equipment. It's a very flexible system - one that can be tailored to your daily life and also used in various way - straightforward, repeating sessions. etc. Its main achievement, I think, is being able to provide a seemingly personal coach-like/private-teacher experience in the neutral world of digital machines. This is done, at least for me, through the personal quality of the video segments, the way the main instructor communicates, the different body types they use for demonstrations and the availability of email support. The videoes are easy to understand and well considered and build on each other so a certain amount of success is almost guaranteed and felt in your body pretty quickly. I've been doing it on and off for three years, have repeated it several times, each time getting deeper into my body's possibilities. Doing Elements has deepened my understanding of my body, its capabilities, its limitations (and shown that these can be faced, worked with and opened up generally) and given me a certain joy and confidence in moving that I had lost touch with or didn't know I had. I have practiced yoga for many years and one thing that drew me to GMB was that their instructions - though coming out of a more gymnastic, martial art place I think - have a seemingly yogic understanding or things.

I got the old Elements a long time ago but never managed to get through it. The new Elements is a can’t fail program! Still lots of options re timing, scheduling, scalability but just hit the start button and follow along and before you know it, you’ve completed another session. No question I’ll get through it this time.

I love to move my body, and this training method allows a step by step progressive method to enjoyably train your body in order to maintain athleticism as we age... or even develop significantly more acrobatic skills in the present. The goals are yours to set. GMB has got the program.
