I am approaching to the end of my first round w Elements. I have 4 sessions to go including final Chil. The results are unbelievable. First of the quality of life changed so much that I have decided movement and GMB to be my main program moving forward. Elements changed my character :), at age 49 I have started to move like I am in my early 20’s so I am much active during the day. Daily chores are a breeze. Second unexpected outcome is cure of my injuries one of them was an injury in my right achilles tendon that did not go away for 9 months and was very painful, the other one was my index finger on my right hand. Daily elements literally erased them both. My stamina went up. I was a very stiff person all my lofe, my squat was barely parallel when I stared Elements now I can rest in my squat. In my last session, monkey 180, leg sweep and around the world combo I was scared from my self :) I go so high and in a very agile way with full confidence, I am surprised. I was not able to do Monkey walk at all. I have been doing BW exercises mostly for two years. ( Before that I was sedentary) Elements improves strength that is practical like no other program does. I can talk or write all day about Elements.

I'm feeling stronger and my movement is better, it is as simple as that. Oh, and watching their videos, I genuinely have no desire to gently slap the presenters, a step forward when it comes to most fitness videos where their earnest protestations to do stuff brings bile into my throat. Ryan and Jarlo are chilled and curious.

I love Elements. It's different from any other workout scheme I've done before. It felt strange at the beginning (is this really "hard" enough to improve e.g. my strength? Don't these animal movements look ridiculous?) but the results were coming fast. Two examples: 1) I very much improved on my handstand progression (maybe because of increased shoulder range of motion). 2) When bouldering and jumping from the wall I suddenly (and not willingly) began to use my full range of motion going down in a really deep squat when landing on the floor which is obviously much better for my back. So I love it and recommend it to everyone.

I have definitely seen an increase in confidence in how I move on the floor when I do the actions of elements. I use to be very tentative in the 180 but now feel very confident in the placement of my hands and even taking it into the full 360. The progression of the program works and has real benefits in making such improvements. It was very helpful that I did do the Mobility program first, and still revisit Mobility for some of the routines.

A great way to move with fun while improving mobility, flexibility and a little strength. I love getting strong while moving and feeling my entire body in the process. In my opinion, the major caveat is that many exercises put pressure on the palms. As I found mine are somewhat sensitive I had to pay close attention to not exert myself. Other than that - make us a sequel!

My main criteria for any exercise program is getting me to actually do it somewhat consistently, and all the GMB programs have been great for that. The exercises are generally fun, there's enough variety to keep things interesting, and it always feels like you're progressing and learning new things. Most of the issues I had have been addressed in updates (adding in more variety in warm-ups, adding in exercises to do before you can manage stalls were the big ones). The one thing I think could be better is more of an explanation of why you're doing particular exercises and what they're supposed to be working (which is sometimes in the videos but not always), especially when an exercise is being shared between programs with differing goals.

Elements was a great program that helped me become more flexible, stronger and more confident in my movement. Surpisingly (to me) it also helped me improve at soccer. I look forward to repeating Elements in the future.
