This was the first time I was able to create a training habit that sticks, become stronger and keep going. I'm never going back to my old way of training. Try it. GMB for life (Now imagine the 'bad boys' theme but with GMB).

I am an avid GMB program user. You should know that up front. I recommend them generally. I was very athletic and strong in my youth and early twenties but then a series of injuries and misdiagnosed conditions took me out for several years. I did a lot between then and finding GMB, but I can safely say their programs have been crucial to getting back in the game. But this is my 2nd time through Integral Strength. I went through the 1st time right around the time my 1st son was born and was wonderful for gaining overall strength and core stability that I needed to just endure the rigors of early fatherhood. When my daughter was born a year later (ya, not much of a break), I knew I wanted to go through it again. Their new program updates have been very helpful to continue to grow and refine my strength and movement practice. The variability has been fun and challengin all throughout. Highly recommend if you are looking to get strong, functional, and not be bored while you're at it.

Excellent exercise routine to feel good! Emphasis on form and consistency have made a dramatic impact in my life. I’m looking forward to future gains in movement and skills. Thanks GMB!!

I really like this program because it is effective and only requires my own body plus a pull up bar. It also lets me choose the length of my workout which is helpful with a busy schedule. The overall mentality towards training is very appealing to me too as it focuses on time intervals rather than reps and recognizes that not every workout is about completely exhausting myself. I don't feel like I'm failing just because I'm having a particularly slow or difficult workout. Finally, it produces results. I am stronger and more consistent in my workout schedule than ever before.

I am on my fourth run-through of Integral Strength after not having done much strength training over the past decade. I feel that the progressions and sessions are well structured, meaningfully challenging, and highly relatable to the skills I am interested in developing. After doing mostly Tai Chi for a long time, I can say that I'm building the kind of strength I want to see and having a blast doing it! I love the fact that I can do with minimal or no equipment, as well.
