Really enjoying it so far. I previously have done elements, as well as parallettes a long time ago. Doing elements more recently, I noticed I wasn’t making the progress I felt I should be making. Cue Integral Strength (rings). It’s really helped my deep squat, and I’m actually now able to do bent arm bear (I have never been able to do it before, even 8 years when I did elements!) Most importantly, my shoulder strength has also improved, and I’ve noticed that even though before IS I was able to do some pull ups (but again was making very slow gains), even half way through IS my pull up strength has actually increased noticeably! I think what I’m noticing overall about IS is that it is addressing very nicely deficiencies that elements or other programmes didn’t quite get to, which is great. I hope to, once I finish, to start mixing it up with elements and going off piste to make my own rhythm! Highly recommended as a programme.

Let me tell you, this program helped me so much with my over body weight strength and control. I love this program and after completing it, I use it as a warm for my workouts and as a supplement on days when I do not feel like lifting. As I get older I realize that one of the most important things for our body is to have good mobility and body control. Integral Strength program is worth it and a definite recommendation.

This program has been a wonderful addition to my marathon training, supporting me to run injury free, qualify and get accepted to the Boston Marathon.

I am half way through the bodyweight track of Integral Strength and I have enjoyed every single session. There is enough repition to get results and at the same time enough variation to keep things interesting. I'm looking forward to trying the other two tracks next year.

IS is one of most complete programs I had the oportunity to try. It can be really challenging, especially the Rings version. I already did 6 goes, and I am on my 7th (been doing it before Praxis was a thing). Fun thing about it is that no matter how many times you complete it or how strong you think you are, it is always one step ahead of you, and there is ALWAYS something you can work on or improve. Ideally for somebody looking fore bulletproof body without pains and aches.

I was looking for a program that was different and made exercising fun. I have been exercising for many years and I was getting bored with the same weight routines and stretches. I was still having soreness and tightness. I came across Integral Strenght and gave it a try. Absolutely love it. I am excited to workout every day and can feel myself getting stronger in areas that I never had strength before. Highly recommend the program

I've done the Integral Strength program several times now over the course of the past few years, and it keeps getting better and better. The latest version with its option to use gymnastics rings is particularly impressive in how efficient and complete it feels. I'd recommend the program for anyone, but especially for folks who think they're already strong enough not to need it. Using the rings is a quick way to humble oneself, but also an incredibly effective way to build strength and control that translate better to the real world than just lifting weights in the gym.

I currently alternate between the mobility and Integral strength programs and I'm now over half way through. I can feel the difference in daily movement and feel stronger as a result. I usually do 5-6 sessions of 15mins each per week and enjoy the sessions. I would definately recommend GMB's programs, they are very well designed and the instructions are clear.
