I am totally happy with the GMB programs. I already bought the programs in the old version, but almost didn't use them at all. Then came the update to PRAXIS. Then I sporadically did a unit of ELEMENTS and sometimes a unit of GMB-MOBILITY, but very rarely. I was a runner (and triathlete) for over 35 years with all the usual injuries and limitations starting with the Achilles tendon. In addition, I have been a professional bike courier for 20 years. I gave up running and triathlon in 2020 due to lack of time and only ride, but almost always full-time, as a bike courier through my hometown of Leipzig (in the beautiful kingdom of Saxony).
Since December 2022, I have been completing a 30-minute GMB unit from the ELEMENTS and GMB-MOBILITY programs virtually every day at 5 a.m.. I am now already in my second session. I notice that I have become much more mobile. Exercises such as "MONKEY 180", which I was only able to perform cleanly with extreme effort in the first session, are now easy and fun. In everyday life, I have noticed that all the pain that I still had as a remnant from my time as a runner/triathlete has at some point imperceptibly disappeared completely. Another point that I have noticed is that my posture when standing is much more upright and all movements are much looser or smoother.”
