The GMB team is phenomenal. They have created programs with so much intentionality and humility. They continue to improve and they are so helpful. If you’re looking for movement you can do the rest of your life, this is for you. If you’re looking for a booty burn, this will help, but probably isn’t for you. GMB mobility is one I could do almost everyday! I feel like I’m getting my daily dose of movement.

I've cycled through the program about 3 times now. Its a good way to start the day and helps me stay fit and flexible. Although the cost might seem a bit expensive at the time of purchase, look at it in terms of an investment in your health. Paying upfront and do the program to avoid some of the future problems and costs associated with ill health caused from a lack of mobility.

GMB Mobility has greatly improved my flexibility (particularly during sports). I feel much more confident with my ranges of motion in all directions, and the stiffness from my office job has gradually faded away.

I've always used GMB Mobility as an assistance session along with my main workout and on a few occasions as a standalone session. In both scenarios, it always did well. Although I have not tested specifically how this helped me I can tell that a few movements are easier and therefore I can tell that my mobility has increased. And that is the uniqueness to this program, that it uses movement to improve mobility rather than using just exercises. Physio-styled exercises have their place but the movement focused work makes it very interesting. Although I have progressed a decent bit in this program, I know that I will continue using it for many more years.

Two bad knees, 60 year old looking to stay active. Have been doing this for three years, most days and can now hike, bike, ski and climb when I could do none of those things before. You have to put in the work, change up the programs and stay consistent but you will experience real improvement.

I love this course ! Everything is broken down into fundamentals of bigger moves that link together Doing it consistently has helped me even repair a groin injury I’ve had for the last 12 months too Great stuff

I like the content but not being able to reset to the start of the program is a show-stopper for me. I raised a support question about this possibly 2 years ago now and the answer was 'this isn't the intent of the program but we are going to reluctantly do it'. It still appears it hasn't been done. I get the concept but if you haven't used it for 12 months and want to start at the beginning to progressively work up to the movements again it's very difficult to do. The interface is not intuitive and finding the 1st session is very clunky and then the next session you have to go through a somewhat lengthy search procedure to find it. You also then have to record what session you are up to outside of the app. This is a real barrier to using your program and I end up giving up with it.

Wow, that's harsh, but I appreciate the feedback. What I will say is that none of what you describe is actually necessary at all, and if you need to start over, all you gotta do is shoot us an email. We're far from jerks, so even if restarting is indeed *the wrong idea* in most cases, if it's been a year, sure, of course we can help you. You could also consider asking us for some tips on restarting, because we've helped a few thousand people do that too. Standing by and waiting to hear from you :)

The program is well-rounded and targets all areas of the body, though the hips and spine seem to receive emphasis. I focused heavily on mobility after a few seasons of endurance training, and it helped me stay loose and prevent injury from my typical repetitive movement (running and biking forward).
