With anything that I've played with from GMB these things keep coming up: the exercises are effective and build over time, the platform is easy to use, and the exercises are varied and fun, which keeps me coming back to the programs and enjoying the fun and benefits of the exercises. :)

I started doing GMB mobility after a low back injury from skiing, after trying a variety of modalities, including standard physical therapy and chiropractor. My back pain feels substantially better and I am noticing that everything from putting on my shoes and socks to tennis or running feel better after 3 weeks of persistently working through the program. I like the ability to select the length of the program and the variety of the different types of movements that are addressed. As an athletic but inflexible 52 year old male, everything seems either doable or modifiable, yet still seems to make me more functional.

When I don't have much time to go in gym or in dojo I go in living room or in the garden and make a quick Trening 30 min and it's enough for me. As a ex martial artist I will recommend everyone to test it. I was very sqeptic about gmb program, and now I am working with gmb program. It is very good and good planned, all parts of body is in program included,which I find very useful and good for everyone who don't have much free time. Adnan Čelebić

Great program. Adds simple to achieve movements that are very affective at getting you on the right track to moving freely again. Repeatable and great demos and you can choose between 15, 30 or 45 min sessions. Perfect for all occasions.

Great layout and instruction. But not really suited for those who have limited hip mobility.

It seems like you may have missed out on large chunks of the tutorials. This program was very much designed for people with limited hip mobility. Please reply to any of our emails so we can help you.

Great program. I use Mobility before and/or after my main training sessions. Has helped me move better for BJJ.

Over the past few years, my body has become stiffer and less flexible. I started GMB's "Mobility" program to address this condition. I am halfway through the 42 sessions and am very happy with the results. Truly. I am much more flexible and stronger. The improved strength was a complete surprise. I STRONGLY recommend it.
