I like the choice of exercises as I feel most of them are really valuable. I do find tht some of the locomotions don't really fit a specific lesson 'theme', but that's not too bad either.

I have been using this in my off days of Elements. This is superior to me doing daily stretches as this program finds weaknesses that my stretching routine does not. i have been an athlete my entire life, am 56 and have had multiple surgeries (knee, ankle, shoulder), have multiple deteriorating, herniated, etc discs and this has assisted me in pain free golf, up and down stairs without a thought, winter snowboarding, etc...i cannot speak highly enough of how useful these GMB programs are for me

This program is a game changer. As the self proclaimed least flexible person of all time I have noticed major improvements in flexibility of my hips and shoulders. Don't get me wrong there is still a lot to improve but I am no longer incredibly sore after sports activities.

I use Mobility in tandem with Integral Strength (Body Weight), doing the programs on alternating days. This works great for me and Mobility is gently enough to function as a recovery program. I train early in the morning and the stretches and movements of Mobility help me feel awake and ready for the day. The movements are fun and variable and I feel they are of great value not only for getting more flexible for sports, but also they help in doing the everyday stuff more easily, you know, like turning to look out the backwindow when backing up your car, squatting down to pick up something from the floor, sitting comfortable on the floor to play with your kids and so on. I would gladly recommend this program to anyone looking to move better and with more ease.

As the title states, I've used Mobility together with Integral Strength. I had done two iterations of IS and found that tightness in the hips and pain in the shoulders was a limiting factor. Flexibility is greatly improved after mixing in Mobility in the off-days between IS workouts. Even better, balance has improved between the left/right sides of the body and the pains are gone. Highly recommend this program, especially couples with other GMB programs. It works.

I have found Mobility to be a superbly designed program that helped not only with my general mobility, but also helped to address my shoulder impingement. I use it either in the morning when I wake up with creaking joints, or sometimes at the end of a very long day spent sitting at my desk or after a long journey to make my joints feel smooth and to take away the stiffness in my back. I have also found it very effective to address a nagging and recurring shoulder impingement. I like the variety in the exercises, the efficiency in the 15 minute sessions, and how it makes me feel much better even before the session has ended. The evening sessions have also helped me to sleep better. One of the best invetsments I have made in getting a program.

I recently completed the Elements program and have started the Mobility program. I think the thing to remember is that slow progress is still progress. Over the past six months, I've made slow steady gains in my mobility across various areas. A few extra degrees of range of motion in the hips, knees, and shoulders have lead to significant improvements in full-body exercises. Overall I'm moving better and still steadily improving. The carryover to other activities is pronounced. I highly recommend these programs for anyone looking to enhance their mobility.

I never had back pain til I had kids. My low back has been a big problem for years now, but I feel so much less pain every time I do a Mobility session. I love that the different movements have helped me feel exactly where the tightness is in my body and loosen it up. I've been doing Mobility for a few weeks, and it's helped me see that my back pain is probably the cause of 2 things: tight muscles (which Mobility helps me with daily), and a dysfunctional postpartum core (which I'm using a different program for). I'm very optimistic that addressing both of these issues will fix my pain over time.
