Very happy with the whole program. The one-time payment is a great deal. I am on my second round of the mobility practice and love the freedom of when and for how long I choose to exercise. It also helps that Ryan is easy in the eyes ;-)

The GMB Mobility Program is a perfect complement to strength training workouts, either as a warmup or on rest days. The emphasis on dynamic stretching followed by a brief round of a movement such as the bear or frogger ensures that one gets the optimal benefit.

I simply love this training program. In the last years I've been using it a lot. As a warmup before my main training sessions, to unlock my rusty joints and on those days when I don´t feel like doing anything. It has even helped me to recover from a knee surgery! Since I started following these GMB guys, my body feels less stiff and more agile.

Great program to increase mobiilty. I use it every second day alternating with the integral strength program.

Hey Ryan, hey guys, I am totally happy with the GMB programs. I already bought the programs in the old version, but almost didn't use them at all. Then came the update to PRAXIS. Then I sporadically did a unit of ELEMENTS and sometimes a unit of GMB-MOBILITY, but very rarely. 

I was a runner (and triathlete) for over 35 years with all the usual injuries and limitations starting with the Achilles tendon. In addition, I have been a professional bike courier for 20 years. I gave up running and triathlon in 2020 due to lack of time and only ride, but almost always full-time, as a bike courier through my hometown of Leipzig (in the beautiful kingdom of Saxony). Since December 2022, I have been completing a 30-minute GMB unit from the ELEMENTS and GMB-MOBILITY programs virtually every day at 5 a.m.. I am now already in my second session. I notice that I have become much more mobile. Exercises such as "MONKEY 180", which I was only able to perform cleanly with extreme effort in the first session, are now easy and fun. In everyday life, I have noticed that all the pain that I still had as a remnant from my time as a runner/triathlete has at some point imperceptibly disappeared completely. Another point that I have noticed is that my posture when standing is much more upright and all movements are much looser or smoother.

I first started Mobility after a small injury. The progressive practice of mobilising different areas of the body was just what I needed to get back on track. The program is well delivered and accessible. I love the integration of locomotion patterns to apply range of motion with full body movement. Since using Mobility the first time it has been a mainstay of my mobility practice and I now use it to warm up for strength training sessions as well as troubleshooting tight areas whenever needed. I live this program and the results I’ve achieved with it!

I love the routines and progress I’m making with Mobility! I’m a turtle not a hare, and I really appreciate the GMB approach to fitness: a little every day or so can change your life as little or as much as your life requires. I’m such a fan!!

This is a great place to start if you feel stiff and tight - I do 3 x 15 mins each week and with playing the video tutorials and repeating my favourites it’s about 25 mins. I like the structure of GMB and it’s definitely improved my mobility- bootcamp is much easier now and pain free
