I've been through this module several times and it has been tremendously helpful in improving my general mobility. I try to get in at least 15 minutes per day

I have owned this program for at least a couple of years now and find it to be the best mobility program I have reviewed and used in my fitness regimen. I am officially an "old dude" in my upper 50's. After years of neglect and significant health issues, I have used this and other GMB programs to help recover lost fitness and function over time. For me, the process of recovery/restoration has been a slow one and the emphasis of performing the various movements based on your own level of fitness and mastery has helped a great deal. I have learned to accept that progress is incremental based on my own personal history and to measure improvement relative to that. I feel that I am very fit for someone my age and am still improving every day. I have also avoided injury which is also very important. I would and have recommended this program and others in the GMB portfolio to other people I know who are looking for helpful, realistic, and sustainable physical training guidance.

This has been great. Usually, I do a 30-minute session as soon as I get up in the morning.

I love this program and it's so easy to integrate it as a warm up, cool down, or an activity anytime. My body feels great. Do it!

Whenever I feel like a guided training, I usually open the GMB app. It allows me to choose the time I want to spend on it. After it I feel satifsied and apparently I like it since I am coming back to it on a weekly basis

Mobility is GREAT! I really appreciate this program. I use it as part of my fitness practice, which includes daily cardio activities as well. Some of the movements felt awkward at first, but with patience, modifications, and time, I have improved! What I like best about Mobility is that it translates into better movement when performing everyday tasks. I’m a 64 year old woman with osteoporosis. This program has helped me, and I intend to keep using it as I age. I highly recommend the Mobility program.

Mobility is very well thought out, it greatly improved my mobility, and reduced back and hip aches & pains. I can move a lot better now!
