“I took Mobility after I did a first round of elements. While I made great progress in mobility with Elements, I did notice small improvements in my flexibility after a few sessions. Some of the stretches are a little hard to grasp for me personnally for now but I'm sure things will get better with time and practice. I can't really judge it as a stand-alone program but the combination with elements works really well.”
“I've gone through a lot of different fitness courses. I usually either get bored or reach a frustrating plateau in my progress--sometimes both at once. GMB's mobility course is the best I've tried. “I've been working out in all different modalities xfit stuff, bodybuilding, mtn bike, trail run, hiking and you name it. Alot of the times I was skipping mobility work with unclear path bunch of saved random IG videos all jumbled up.
I finally went all in and purchased GMB mobility program and elements I try to do atleast 15min in addition to my regular workouts every day.
I was having shoulder pain numbness radiating down my arm prior to beginning...nerve impingement from neck. Visiting the chiropractor 2-3x a week for a month with no relief. It cleared up after stopping chiropractor and doing GMB within a few weeks.

I have been using mobility and elements programs as complementary work alongside my calisthenics strength and skill training. Mobility program has also helped with minor pains and aches. I think it is coherent, practical, and applicable to everyday life at any time. I tried other programs similar to GMB, but I find this methodology very well structured for all levels. This offers a readable and motivational approach to understanding and improving the practice safely and firmly.
I would suggest (especially for people with no experience) adding others' points of view in the instruction videos... but in general, you can easily follow them.

“Mobility is less demanding than Elements. It focuses more on stretching than the movements found in Elements and the movements done tend to be the simpler variants of those found in Elements. That being said, it works! I've gotten much more comfortable in the squat position and moving around in general. Definitely recommended if you're looking to improve your mobility.”
“I have tried couple of mobility programs earlier but it was difficult to perform and monotonous. I liked GMB mobility program because of its versatility. Out of 42 sessions I completed 18 and Iām sure after completing all the sessions my mobility will improve as my body is very stiff. I would recommend this program for all of them who lack mobility”
