I started, haphazardly, with Elements nine months ago. I was simply trying to do the basic 15 minute one every day, or here and there. I felt old and incapable of feeling athletic, which was basically my goal in Elements. I wanted to get back to feeling like I could go throw cartwheels outside with the grandkids and actually play a real game of basketball with them as well, instead of being satisfied playing "Horse." A few months later I started Mobility, to see if that was what I was missing. I started the 15 minute Mobility in the morning and did the 30 minute Elements in the afternoons, on most days, and didn't stress if I got just one of those done on certain days. I'm telling you.... Within six weeks of starting Mobility, I really noticed my shoulders and arms were much stronger. I felt more at ease doing Elements. I feel like I "need" to do Mobility every morning now, just to feel more alive and able in my day. I am naturally strong but have never felt limber and have hated the idea of stretching because it always hurt. But with Mobility, it doesn't hurt. It feels really good. I have the habit of lifting one arm over my head and resting it on my head when I'm sitting down watching TV. I had been noticing that my arm felt stiff when I put it down. But now it doesn't ever really feel stiff. I can relax, reclining, with both arms behind my head, and it also doesn't hurt now. Just odd things like that have come to mind, and I'm attributing it all to just doing a little Mobility every day.

The program offers excellent opportunities for individuals to enhance their mobility skills and improve their overall well-being. The program provides a comprehensive approach that focuses on different aspects of mobility, including strength, flexibility, and balance. Overall, I highly recommend the mobility program by GMB to anyone looking to improve their mobility and quality of life.

I couldn't sit indian style or squat deep. I think my family is just naturally tight like that. So when GMB released the mobility program I was all in. I was really diligent in the beginning and my squat became loads more comfortable. Now I use it as a way to loosen up my body when I've had a long day in the chair or spent too many days lifting weights. It releases my spine, gives relief to my neck, and makes me do really uncomfortable movements that make things feel so much better after like cobra and camel. The instructional videos are detailed and even though I've watched them a lot I always pick up a single detail to focus on that makes a movement feel different than the last time I did it. I know that if I was disciplined I could use mobility to change the way I move which is why I purchased it in the first place. It's a great program.

GMB Mobility is a very good program to use to increase mobility between strength sessions. It combines stretching movements and some movements from elements in a seamless and relaxing way. GMB is the best there is.

I'm about halfway through Mobility and my 2nd time using Elements. I'm glad that I had done Elements already because the last few exercises of each Mobility session uses some Element moves that get introduced much sooner. Doing Mobility twice a week to go along with Elements is great for people who are stiff or, like myself, with chronic pain (pinched nerves). The usual GMB philosophy of going at your own pace applies, and it gets deeper into specific movement types such as rotation, sidebending, extension, and work on the hips, spine, shoulders, and more. There have been weeks when I failed to get in at least 2 workouts, and it's obvious the difference. I now find myself able to do things that were hard to painful before, such as picking up something from an angle to even bending over to put my palms on the floor.
