“As a chronically tight human in all areas of my body, I enjoy this program as a way to maintain consistency with a basic program. I aim to complete the 15 minute version of the program 5 times per week and I find it very manageable as an add-on after a standard workout. I have done about 20 sessions to date over 1 month, and am slowly noticing improvement, most noticeable in my increasing ease when performing the stretches and locomotive activities.
