I've been using gmb programs for over a year now. I used to focus on kettlebells, but I didn't feel like they prepared me to move my body with enough mobility for surfing and other sports. Since working with gmb my mobility has improved drastically and I feel stronger and way more capable than I ever have.

Highly recommend. I have done other flexibility and mobility programs and never made any progress. I have done elements and am doing sequences along with mobility and after a few months, I have already noticed significant improvements in my mobility. I can now touch the floor with my legs straight and before I started I was only down to about mid shin.

"Mobility" is thoughtful, well designed, and it's got the usual GMB emphasis on mindfulness and playful but careful practice over working out in the traditional sense. It's a good alternative to yoga, static stretching, or freakishly advanced and arcane "animal" movement routines found on Youtube. Unless you're very atheletic or young (20-35) or have a non-phony background in yoga or gymnastics, I recommend doing "Elements" first, though. Mobility presupposes knowledge of moves taught repeatedly in Elements. GMB reocmmends starting with Elements. My experience suggests they're right about this.

I enjoy mobility and it got me using the foam roller and I still do some of the exercises late in the day.

Mobility is making me realize just how stiff and inflexible that I am. The value of the program is solving this situation through a solid, easy to follow workout. Definitely feel better after doing a session.

I've now completed both Elements and Mobility. They're both superb. At 75 years old, some of the movements, transitions in particular, are a challenge. But the instructions and examples are clear and the modifications where necessary make the programs very accessible for everyone. The way the programs available makes it easy to go through them multiple times and focus on improving performance - and mobility.

Mobility is the ending to a Elements/Integral Strength session for me. If I don't use Mobility for a day or two, I feel it! I won't move as well as when I perform Mobility. Mobility is also a diagnostic for my ability to move without discomfort or restriction.
