The thing I love most about this program is you find areas that are tight you didn't realise were tight. Easy to follow videos and institutions guide you through the session, you are encouraged to explore the movements and learn your own capabilities and limitations. It really helped me become more confident and comfortable moving in my everyday life.

I've battled issues with my knees and ankles for 20+years and been to the doctors' numerous times. The only thing that really worked were some very strong anti-inflammatories I was prescribed which had side effects I wasn't happy with. It's taken a while of following the program but a lot of my aches and pains are now at a level I'm really happy with. I used to struggle during and after running 5k. I'm now up to 11 miles. Still have a few niggling aches but it's not stopping me doing the sports I want to do. Not only has this program helped, but it's been a catalyst for other changes that have also helped.

Smooth progression, great structure. Results last I had to stop mid program for a month (travel). Came back with very good mobility. The title is descriptive of the actual goal : practical range of motion. If you re looking for more advanced stuff (yoga etc) this can be a building bloc. Strongly recommend as a solid building bloc or maintenance alongside other training
