I have owned several of the GMB programs for a while now. I have the tendency to start and slowly stumble to a halt, never getting more than a dozen sessions in on any of them. In preparation for my upcoming snowboard season (I teach part-time), I decided to commit to completing Mobility before my season begins in late December. I'm now 25 sessions into my first round of Mobility and should finish up by Christmas Day(ish). When they say "stay consistent, every little bit counts", it's the truth, Ruth. 3+weeks in, and I can feel a significant difference in how I can move now compared to when I started. As I approach my mid-50's, I really feel like I've found a program that makes sense. These people (Ryan, Rose, Jarlo, Andy) get it. They really do. If you're even remotely on the fence with becoming a GMB person, dive in. You won't be sorry.

Mobility has been a really good way to get some movement in my day to day life and get rid of aches and pains. I either run a longer session on its own or use a shorter session as a warmup and/or cool down for other training.

Mobility was my first GMB program I dont know how many times I have completed the program as it has become part of who I am. I have tried other programs and will do again, however I keep coming back to what works for me. I had noticed problems with my left hip, the socket has little fractures on the surface, common in my age group. It was stiff, uncomfortable, however my Mobility practice has given me a new lease of life. So much so that I am now doing splits training to see how far I can take that. That's not to neglect the benefits of Mobility on all the other parts of my body. The movements are now second nature to me which has the benefit of letting me slow down and go deeper into movements and positions. Now I understand what Ryan meant by "Make it pretty", trying to get the most out of each repetition. My hip has not healed, that is not a realistic scenario, however Mobility affords me a measure of control over my health without having to rely on medical intervention. Unless there's a new program I think I'll go through Elements again when I finish this time around. But I will come back to Mobility again at some point in the future.

I have been using the Mobility program for about a month. I only have been going for 15mins a day, but I feel the movements are really helping on those stubborn areas, Hips, ham-strings and back. I am really enjoying the fact that the exercises are varied and that some I find my limit pretty quick and gives me something to work on, yet others really help me loosen up. The fact is that it is not overly taxing its easier to face it each day and before you know it it part of a daily routine. Like anything its worthwhile its forming a daily habit. I look forward to each days program and can see me progressing with this when I complete it. Would recommend to anyone as a place to start if you mobility is an issue.

I love this program. It's like yoga, minus the things I don't like about yoga! Lots of focused, repetitive movements that give me a deep stretch. I always feel good after.
