Fantastic program! The variety of sessions makes each lesson challenging and novel. I really like their rationale behind each exercise and how they identify the how's and why's of each exercise. I have already referred them to multiple people and look forward to continue to do so in the future. Don't forget their blog which is full of great information! My favorite mobility program!

The tuition is very detailed so everything is very clear at every stage. Ideal for those that are stiff and want to start moving. Ryan reminds me of Nicholas Cage, a cool, calm voice and very informative.

I enjoy this program as an addition to my normal training to improve recovery and flexibility. Frequent exposure to key movements has seen improved performance of said movements and generally moving better.

Pairs great with other GMB programs. I was already familiar with some of the movements, so I found them approachable. My only critique is I wish there were more progressions or perhaps a new program with more advanced variations ;)

I have left a general review for GMB, which shares my full story, but the mobility program was where I started, and what got me hooked with them. These programs are so much value for the money, and give you a really well rounded and dynamic exercise. The mobility program is mostly stretching with a little bit of exercise worked in, and you get a ton of different workouts for just one price. If you were looking for a great program to ease your way into an exercise routine, I can’t recommend this enough. It is effective and fun and worth every penny.

I have been athletic my entire life, primarily running, even marathons at a time, but as I got into my 40s, the aches were beginning to be limiting and make me feel old. I have never stretched consistently before; this was my general state before gmb. Pound out the miles and let the endorphins do their thing. I began to have piercing pain in my shoulder and hip during covid. I was still running, even more than previously, and none of those youtube videos on getting rid of shoulder pain worked. I began stretching out of sheer desperation. I tried the free gmb session offered on the site, and each time, it consistently relieved the pain (yea, twisting bear!). I committed and purchased Mobility, as it seemed they were on to something. I chose Mobility over Elements because I was looking for more of a challenge and did want to practice some of the cool moves they do. I really like the structure of each session, which consists of general stretching poses followed by practicing more complicated movements. The movements are generally a challenge, but I am a convert of the importance of movement variation. The success is in moving in that way, not mastering the movement. I also purchased two of the now retired programs, which were more advanced, but found those were too advanced for where I started. I needed more focused stretching time and then a bit of challenging movements, which Mobility does really well. The first week or so of the program I found relatively easy, but the movement combinations do get more challenging. And, stretching by itself is generally not enough; tied to the movement combinations, it is a powerful program to help with the aches and pains. Overall, following Mobility has resulted in a movement mat 'installed' permanently in my small apartment. So many times a day, I am sitting on it and moving on my hands in different positions. Mobility, or lack thereof, is also now in my vocabulary as I practice my aim of reverting to my physically playful younger self. I highly recommend Mobility!

I started with the GMB, Mobility program with two motivations in mind: to be fit enough to keep up with our kids, and to address pains and aches that developed due to the sedentary/office nature of my work. I found the program to be easy to follow; the video tutorials are well made and the instructions clear. I also love the 15/30/45-minute options to choose from so I can do a quick routine even on days when I don't have time or am not in the right mindset for an exercise. The results were better than I expected - all the pains and aches I was feeling due to inactivity disappeared within two weeks, my mobility improved and so did my overall coordination and strength. The kids also love to join me and we have good fun taking turns in doing some funny or tricky floor locomotion moves. Overall: this is a great program; a lot of thought, knowledge and experience have been invested in developing the content and I warmly recommend it to others. Consistency is key and finding the reason(s) why you want to keep healthy and mobile.
