It's easy to follow, has good explanations for each exercise, helps to increase mobility through various movements including locomotions and is much more fun and exciting than just holding passive stretches

I really like the short, 15 minute version of this program as a warmup for the harder programs like IS-Fully Equipped versions or even the standard Elements program. Even for not so bendable people like me every single movement is doable, you can always adjust those to your personal flexibility level. I´m now in my third round of the whole program and am very proud to see some progress, getting down movements or stretches U couldn´t even hold without trembling. I think it would also be a perfect morning routine right after getting out of bed to get your day started :)

Mobility is a terrific program to improve your movement and range of motion. I love the 15-minute sessions and try to do one most days. Easy to fit in with other training and makes everything else better.

I am a very big fan of GMB's programs. Mobility is a good program, I tend to do it on recovery days or as a warm up before doing something strenuous like interval running. If you're a regularly active, semi-athleric person, then I'd say this is a nice add on, but not a stand alone program (anything more than 15 mins is a bit tedious near the end, and I end up mixing it up with movements from elements on some exercises even at 15 mins). If I'm recommending GMB to friend, it's 100% elements or integral strength (depending on their goals)- not to say mobility isn't good, and may be perfect for some, but to me Elements and IS are particularly well thought out, progressive, interesting and challenging programs. Mobility is fine, but not at the same level, and not the one I rave about to others.

the Mobility program i believe was the second program with elements that helped me through a lot of tough times. - injuries to my back and hip (recurring) as well as a questionable shoulder and knee - I have been able to use mobility to get back into the elements and strength training - as well as any time I am not feeling great - with the variable time options, it is the perfect complement to any day of the week. Oftentimes, i try to insert it in between workout days to give me an extra dose of moving - and moving in ways that help the whole body. I used to think about just stretching or loosening up one body part - mobility makes sure we take care of overall movement. With mobility, I find myself repeating those in the way I move during the day to help build on that - it helps to prevent/reduce the chance of those recurring/nagging injuries that keep me from feeling good and enjoying many outdoor activities. I will also say, that much like all of the GMB programs - I find it fun. I am far from being a kid anymore (56 years on the planet) but when I keep up with these, i move much more freely and I attribute it to this mobility program.

GMB's Mobility has helped to improve my range of motion. Thanks to this program, I move better in my late 40s than I did in my 20s. I recommend the program to everyone.

I like the choice of time and programs available. The varied movements to practice are interesting and fun. Its different to what I usually do and brings out the kid in me. Highly recommend. Only down side is the space it requires.
