“I've been desk-bound for a long time. And for quite a while, it was no big deal -- get out on the weekends and do whatever, and my body was OK with that. Then as I got older, it got harder to do things that I wanted to be able to do, like get out of bed without something hurting.
I didn't really know what to expect from Mobility, but I figured I'd give it a shot. And it was ... easy. Deceptively easy, most of the time. But I noticed that there were definitely some parts of me that were very, very stiff and terrible. So I followed the advice from GMB and kept at it, slowly. Even the 15 minute sessions, squeezed in somewhere in the day whenever possible.
And ... it's been working. There are still parts that are tight or weird or whatever, but I can move about with a surprising range of motion and freedom that I haven't felt in years. I'll probably keep at it forever, to be honest, because there's no reason not to.”

“This review was long due, and it's not fair. This program, after Elements and along with Integral Strength FE, helped me avoid hip surgery. I not saying this is a panacea, however, I strictly followed GMB coaches' instructions and I've never had this freedom of movement. I was diagnosed with acetabular hip impingement and had my surgery booked due to a lot of pain.
