Great program for improving mobility, nice progressions as you go through, great variety so you don't get bored!

Mobility is a very good program when you are already tired from your everyday obligations and from sitting in front of a computer all day. It helps you stretch, move happily during your leisure time and next day.

I realised recently that I was spending too much time on strength and cardio (running and cycling primarily) and very little on my flexibility. How wrong I was! a lot of the repetitive movements do not use the full range of motion and given that I am not that young anymore I find it more beneficial to cut a bit of the rest and have even short sessions (typically 15 min twice a week) to work specifically on my flexibility of mobility. The other three days I complement it with GMB Integral Strength and I noticed a tangible improvement (i.e. I can move better) by combining these two fantastic programs.

Plenty of old favorites, even more new exercises that have helped me get back some of the strength and smoothness in my movement. I’ve finished the program but have built many of the routines into my new training plan

GMB mobility has been a great blessing. I am stronger in greater ranges of motion. Life just feels easier now and my body is more durable. I just got off a 13 hour flight and all those aches and pains I use to get from sitting so much are gone now with the type of training GMB offers. Plus it's so much fun. I have seen a great transfer over to my climbing and hiking activities.

I started out with GMB Elements, and GMB Mobility ( I call it MOB) was the perfect follow-up. My workout schedule usually alternates between GMB Integral Strength/ a different bodyweight program and MOB + GMB's Floor Loco. I started with GMB to get better flexiblity. I have seen improvements and still have a long way to go to reach my goals. I find the format of their interface, content, and teaching style to be just what I need to work on this. It's easy to follow. I could never do it without their format.

Have done various different forms of mobility work, including yoga. I love this program because I don't have to think about it. It is all laid out, and timed. I just hit play and follow it and see the progression...what was difficult the first time I tried gets easier the fifth time. If I step away for a week or two, when I come back I just pick it up again at whatever level I am at. The GMB provides support without getting in the way. Thanks

I initially bought the Mobility program to overcome stiffness related to sitting at a desk all day. I've found that better mobility also lets me more easily deal with the random "movement challenges" that life throws at me. Like having to get down to the floor to look under something or awkward positions like climbing over a washing machine to replace a filter in the water line. It's a great repeat program too. I have went through the Mobility program multiple times, and each time it seems to unlock a little extra ease of movement.
