Been doing some GBM program or another since 2018 when I started legacy Elements (it was all they had for beginners until Mobility came along), and at the time I never thought I'd ever stand up from a bodyweight squat. Fast forward to now (and some abysmal follow-through on my part) and for most of this time, I have had the incredible mobility that standing from a squat affords one and have never backslid (in other words, I have always been able to squat and stand since). When I maintain consistency, I move forward, and when I really go for it I gain new abilities I never thought I'd have. From time to time I take advantage of the additional accountability and help when they have Live events, and when those are not available they are very responsive to email. The only program that has been worthwhile for me--I'd highly recommend it if you are self-motivated.

I'm partly disabled and husband is a gamer that doesn't get a lot of exercise. GMB helps us stave off the creaks of middle age and recover from minor injuries and all around feel better. All the exercises can be modified for your level and the coaches have been helpful when I had a question.

Mobility is my favorite GMB routine (sorry Ryan, Elements is a close second though). I have gone through the program multiple times and it has become my early morning routine. Mobility allows me to work on joint pain and stiffness while improving my overall mobility and range of motion. The program addresses all areas of the body ( without a cardio component), allowing me to focus entirely on the feel of the movement and my body's ability to navigate through pressure and areas of resistance.

Mobility is so easy to get into, there are options for those of us who are not yet as mobile as we would like. I’m really enjoying the program and find it very easy to follow. My mobility is greatly improved.

Love the exercises, but wish there was more variety. Also I have a problem that some of the exercises do nothing for me, specifically the half frogger and the modified pigeon. This is minor, because I can do the full pigeon and do the full frogger twice (because you usually include it along with the half frogger.)

I think it is a very useful program and the title explains it all. This program keeps your body in shape for a practical range of motion and complements any other workout you are doing. I found it most useful doing the 15 min version before my workout, key is consistency and doing at least 3 or 4 sessions a week for visible improvement. GMB guys would you consider adding an option to customize the training to a certain extent? such as the option to focus on legs, where leg day would repeat more often than the standard program. Otherwise, I think it's a very good all-rounder!
