The sessions are quick, efficient, and effective. It’s a perfect conditioning supplementation to GMB’s main curriculum. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to move better, feel better and get a good conditioning workout. I use it on cardio days when it’s too cold or rainy to do my regular outdoor cardio routines.

Triple Shot has been a valuable addition to my training schedule. I train almost exclusively with GMB programs and even though I reap the benefits of these programs, I always felt like I SHOULD be training more cardio as well. Being a 49 year old woman with a busy life, though, fitting more cardio into my schedule has been difficult. Triple Shots lets me do cardio and endurance work withouth requiring lots of time and planning. It fits neatly into my other GMB training schedule, which makes it so much easier to stick to the program. So much for the logistics. And now for the fun part. Triple Shot never gets boring! Each session has three different movement combos, stacked together in three different ways to creat three different lengths. I love that the basics of these movement combos is really easy to learn, but there is plenty room for making it harder and vary the movements dependent on your general capabilities and condition for the day. In addition you get breath work, which I find surprisingly hard but rewarding to learn as well. All in all I would recommend Triple Shot to anyone looking for easy to stick to cardio that is fun, never boring and easy to add to a busy life.

Triple Shot is the one I go to if I’m feeling sluggish and I know I need to just wake up. It works every time!! There’s so much to be said for the variety of movement, just hitting play and following along. Triple Shot always has at least one move that is a favourite, and one that pushes me. The combination of cardio, coordination, balance and strength training makes for a complete workout in such a short time!! And sometimes I pair it with 15 minutes of another program like Integral Strength or Resilience if I have time. I’ve been using GMB fitness for several years now, and this year I turn 50 but feel like I’m getting younger and stronger. I’m always wanting to sell GMB to my friends and family because of how it has benefitted me and kept me motivated and feeling amazing. Never a dull moment with GMB!!

Have completed 15 Triple Shot sessions so far, and think they're awesome. Really love the incorporation of the longevity patterns. They keep things fun!. The duration options are solid too. Plenty of opportunity to be flexible with how to implement the program into a training cycle. Not only flexibility with the duration, but the moveset too. The programming allows me to operate with whatever intensity is appropriate for the moment. So if I don't have any more explosion in the tank I can dial it down and focus on patterning or even finding a good stretch in some of the movements. Truly a session for every mood.

I have been working with GMB's life changing programmes for 3 years and Triple Shot is a great complement to the suite. I love the blend of conditioning, strength, mobility and fun, the choice of session timings - 15, 20, 35 mins, and the focus on controlled breathing. Tripe Shot is like a high energy shot and can take just 15 minutes out of your day. I began GMB training with Elements, which I did around 6 times. I've done Sequences a few times and just finishing my second round of Integral Strength. At the moment I'm mixing Triple Shot with Integral Strength, general mobility/flow work, and an active life. It's a great mix. I can't recommend this and other GMB programmes enough. GMB has given me autonomy and built a pain free, flexible, strong and confident body. Three years ago I spent a few weeks wondering about starting. I don't know what I was waiting for. There is everything to gain and nothing to lose - money back during the first 2 weeks if it's not your thing. And it costs so little when you compare it to the gym, a trainer or a trip to the physio. I've done all of those things in the past and GMB is head and shoulders the best money I've every spent on my health.

I am not a huge fan of running or any other time-consuming type of training that usually gets the heart going. But Triple Shot really checks off your cardio requirements. The ability to pick between 15, 20, and 35 minutes makes it very flexible and suitable for those who are time-constrained. I really enjoyed doing Triple Shot and felt that it was both enjoyable and challenging. There are movements that aren't in any other GMB program, and it really works the whole body—not just your legs and lungs.

I like it because: 1. sessions are short, fun and effective 2. it gives me the feeling of a work done 3. still allows to progress in general movement and 4. has a breathing exercise which seems mighty effective. So it’s actually 4 for the price of 3 ;)

Great little program to get your heart rate up, have fun, and build strength and mobilty all tailored to how much time/energy you have available for each session. Highly recommend.
