I love the triple shot as it is so versatile from doing a short 15 minute session at the end of a weights session OR a full 35 minute session that keeps me moving and fresh. Love thanks guys!

I love triple shot, normally I do the 20 minutes but it feels longer! The movements are fun so I find myself working out even when I don’t feel like it.

I started with GMB eons ago with the hip flexibility course. I loved the approach and own several programs. I've been through Elements and the Integral Strength program. The Triple Shot is my favorite so far. It's just great as an add-on to other activities - I do it twice or three a week - it's amazing for flexibility and stength in a very functional and non-boring way.

I absolutely hate conditioning, but Triple Shot offers effective conditioning in a unique and efficient package (featuring fun and interesting movements that can be done inside with minimal space and no equipment), and it's by far the most enjoyable conditioning work that I've ever done!

I enjoy the Triple Shot program a lot! Now that i'm on my 4th round of it, I use it mainly as a warm-up for my strengh program or if I just need to un-stiff myself after waking up, and for that I use mainly the 15 minute program- it's great to get one's body moving!
