“I was recommended HoH by a close friend, and bought this in memory of my little Bear who left a big pawprint on my heart when I had to put him to sleep. HoH were fantastic eapecially when the item arrived and I wasn't happy that the pawprint reflected the image I had sent. The designer reworked on it and sent me artworks to sign off on and approve before remaking and replacing the charm for me. The team expedited this all for me and I cried when I opened the package. I would 100% recommend and use again.”
