“I purchased this item as a memonto of my dog that I'd had for 16 years. I was and am still absolutely heartbroken since her loss. Purchasing this item took a lot of thought and careful choosing, only for it to arrive terribly scratched all over. I complained and sent photos only to be told that these were 'normal' and that nothing would be done. I sent another photo which was an enlarged one of the original photos and was told I could return it to be 'looked at'. I was then contacted to be told it was scratched beyond what it should be and also that the paw prints were not as dark as they should be! The necklace was returned to me amended with no note in the box, no leaflet, no paperwork whatsoever. This was a terribly upsetting experience for me on top of my existing grief that I wouldn't wish on anyone let alone someone going through a bereavement. Therefore I would NOT recommend this company, go elsewhere and get the job done properly the first time.”
