“I am very pleased with my paw print heart charm. The only disappointment I had was the jump ring was not open and I wanted to put it on my bracelet. Because of this I have had to take it to a jewellers to get the jump ring cut and put on my bracelet and soldered on by them, meaning more expense on top of the price of the charm.”
