“The course assumes that the candidate knows almost nothing about professional recruitment which may be useful for a proportion of candidates. However many candidates like myself were trained in professional recruitment 40 years ago. Consequently, a lot of the course content is tedious, repetitive and unnecessary, particularly as 60-70% of the course is generic and not safeguarding specific. Could I suggest that it would be better if it was easier to skip through sections where the candidate is confident of the content? Please remember that Governors give their time free of charge and therefore exercises like this which effectively take a whole day rather than a couple of hours, can be somewhat annoying.”

Our courses are quite in depth to cover necessary topics in order to ensure that the learner has met the required knowledge.
