In regards to the training pack I will be sure to pass this onto the relevant department as we are always looking for ways to improve! Just so you are aware, even after you have completed the course and passed the test, you can log back in to review the course content and download any attachments or references. To do this just click on the "Review course" button on the end of the completed module and select previous until you get to the page you want to be at. “However, the question that asks who needs a DBS should have continue to say working with children or vulnerable groups. The question didn't say that and cleaners working in an office late at night don't need one!”

Hi Fiona, thank you for your review and feedback! Everyone would need a DBS check. Even though cleaners and maintenance workers don't work as closely with children as teachers do, they may still come into contact with them and pose a risk if they are on the barred lists. For example, in the case of Holly and Jessica, Ian Huntley was a caretaker at their school, so it's just as important for these workers to get a DBS check!
