“The Majority of the course was very informative and provided clear information although i am sure (working as a manager of a childcare setting for sometime now) that allegations or concerns form a member of staff should be made to the DOfA (Designated officer for allegations) not LADO, this changed a while back. good course Lucy”

“one of your examples of an open question was answerable with yes or no it was. Can you give an example of when you have done ……..? This is a closed question as I can answer it with yes or no but decide not to go into further detail. This could be confusing for someone with out knowledge around proper wording of questions!”
