“Would be useful if staff are given the opportunity to complete the assessment in the first instance, without the need to do the course. Almost all of the questions can be answered correctly, for people with good moral standards. The course can then apply to those who fail the assessment, and clearly need to complete the course before retaking the assessment.”

Good afternoon Martin, Thank you for your review and feedback Sexual Harassment for Managers & Supervisors. Unfortunately, you can't skip the course straight to the assessment. The course material is something you will need to read through in order to prove that you are fully competent in the course you are completing and also be updated on any changes in legislation etc since the last time you completed the course. We would be going against CPD and all training requirements if we issued a certificate to someone who hasn't fully completed the course.
