Interesting course which raised issues that I myself have accepted over the years which had become the norm in the workplace but further awareness and information gained from the course makes it clear what is acceptable and what is not. I have probably gained more insight into the courses of action open to a victim, and the processes and procedures to follow.

Thank you, it was a helpful course in general. I would suggest a change to one example you have: one of the scenarios describes a work environment where most of the employees are men, and one woman works there and there are frequent sexual jokes and comments, and you say the manager doesn't challenge this because they are also a man - it's not because they are a man, it's because they don't understand or implement the policy. That they are a man might mean they feel pressure not to challenge harassment, but they should uphold the anti-harassment policy anyway. The wording could be more accurate.

Hello Roy, Thank you for your review and feedback, we appreciate it a lot. We really value the opinions of our customers so I've passed your comments onto the appropriate team to see if there is something we can do for future versions of the course. Thank you again and we wish you all the best in the future. Kind regards, Nicola
