“It went through step by step and could be used with different ages and different challenging behaviours. It made me think about what I do and how I could improve too. Gave a child's view that can sometimes be lost when you are becoming frustrated with their continuing "bad" behaviour.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I have had a chat with my colleagues in our Content Team, and they have said that the principles, strategies and techniques discussed throughout the course apply to children of all ages, from toddlers and school children to teenagers, therefore, the training applies to all types of professions. The course includes a series of activities for you to complete in order to help you relate the information given to your setting. At the end of the course, these activities can then be put together to create a context-specific plan for you to use. I am sorry to hear that the course hasn’t given you enough information to cover early years, and we are looking to see what we can do for future learners.
