“It wasn't terrible, the content was detailed, but I did find the content fairly limited in interaction and engagement. It would be nice to have more interactive elements beyond simple multiple choice questions. I also was uncomfortable with one of the scenarios that described withholding chocolate from someone who was 'aggressively' searching the kitchen. As a behavioural consultant this sounded like a concerning punitive practice in itself, but was packaged as the correct approach in this scenario. Also Winterbourne View was a hospital and not a care home. My final point is that I am unsure that this (or any) training should be marketed with 'High Speed' as a selling point. In my experience High Speed does not correlate with thorough learning and changes in practice. Thanks very much for the certificate.”
