“It is very important to me to be able to get Higher Nature Vit D3 in 500iu form, made from sheeps wool and using animal based ingredients for capsule shell. This is because my nutritionist told me that plant-based Vit D3 does NOT GET ABSORBED by humans, so must get animal based Vit D3 as humans can only absorb animal based Vit D3 well. Am also allergic to carrageenan that other Vit D3 capsules contain. Red Seaweed, Aka Carrageenan, E407, sea moss, irish moss, PES etc etc, can cause IBS, colon cancer, extreme diarrohea, diabetes 2, dementia, heart diseases etc etc. So cannot take Vit D3 marketed for vegans and vegetarians. Carrageenan gives me extreme violent diarrohea if used as D3 or capsule shell. Have had blood test for Vit D3 at GP recently and my result was good after taking Higher Nature Vit D3 500iu Pearl's made from sheeps wool and contained in an animal based shell. Will be glad when Vit D3 500iu capsules are sold with a longer Best Before date. 2 Boots Chemist pharmacists told me carrageenan substitute for animal products, to appease vegans and vegetarians ruins your digestion after a few months and even kills you. Please keep making 500iu Vit D3 from Sheeps wool with animal based capsule shell therefore.”
