“After most of our family has Hoselink’s I purchased one for my mum she was unfortunate enough to have a faulty part that blew apart and leaked after contacting hoselink they organised a replacement not problem for the part when getting it it didn’t fit well with the other bit again contacting them they organised a further different replacement part free of charge delivered ... was great service by hoselink and now my mum enjoys her hoselink just as much as the rest of the family does”
