“A simple drop broke the end of the screw end rod - so it was able to be pulled from the green connector.i can photo the product if you want to see more - i think i still have the broken part.”
“Well it’s only a component of the overall hose reel and gun, and that product is outstanding. It has been a great investment . We purchased a renovate or detonate property with no garden in the last 60 years - and after 2 years I have personally dug all the garden beds, prepared and laid all the turf ( 436sqm total) and couldn’t have done it all without the reliability of your hose reel and spray gun . Our hedging or viburnum and water housia has come along so much from small seedlings to firm integrated hedging, and the sir Walter looks great as well - and so much so because of the hoselink watering system. Really appreciated the catalogue when this part arrived as well - this summer I’ll be purchased one of your drip line systems, and I wasn’t aware you did spray systems for patios - bends I’m thinking about that as well! “Correspondence was good. Polite responses.However, after several emails - which took almost 2 weeks to conclude with delivery. I had to - in the meantime go back to Bunnings for an old-fashion but reliable hose. When an O ring needs to be replaced you get out to Bunnings and purchase an O ring within 20 minutes! Two weeks just to get ONE small O ring! This should NOT be the case with such expensive watering systems - purchased two systems from Hoselink. PLEASE ADD SPARE O RINGS WITH INITIAL PURCHASE. Recommending Product with a view to seeing future improvements by Hoselink.”
