“I was actually about to phone or e-mail regarding the above recently purchased product so I will take this opportunity to discuss via this medium.The product is very flimsy as after a couple of applications using it I found the ring (the little washer like insert that fits inside the connector has threaded and the swivel no longer attaches to the connector.I would appreciate a stronger replacement part at no extra cost to me as soon as possible.”
Hi Rosemary, Thanks for taking the time to leave your comments and I'm sorry to hear that your Accessory Connector with the Swivel has broken. This particular fitting does have two components to allow the spray gun to rotate freely to prevent the hose from twisting behind you. For this reason, if this is dropped onto a hard surface or hits the casing when retracted too quickly, this can break unfortunately.
