“This part is the weak part in your product. We have had to replace it on both our Hoselink hoses. When we complained on first replacement we were told there was no warranty. Not happy with response from female assistant.”

It sounds as though there was a miscommunication as we do offer a 1 year warranty (from original purchase date) on this item. It's certainly disappointing to hear you've had a couple of issues with it. We are in the process of improving the durability of the product so are grateful for your patience whilst we do that. In the mean time, we can replace this with a standard Accessory Connector if you prefer which is much more durable. Hi David, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with the Accessory Connector with Swivel. This particular fitting does have two components to allow the spray gun to rotate freely to prevent the hose from twisting behind you. For this reason, if this is dropped onto a hard surface or hits the casing when retracted too quickly, this can break unfortunately. We are in the process of re-designing and improving the durability of this product so we do appreciate your patience whilst we do this.
