“In the last 12 to 18 months I have bought 3 hose link hoses and fittings. I live in a house with strong water pressure. The hoses have been good but the 3 all leak from where the nozzle join is.”

“I have been upgrading my caravan fittings to hoselink after snap connectors have leaked. I'm in the process of putting flow control on the end of my caravan hoses. I bought 2 hose to flow control connectors. In pressure testing fittings into water filter, I had to use as a cap ( a flow control unit) to seal off water. I was most disappointed that both units leaked water. They were working in wrong direction as per recommendations; but they did not seal !!! I also purchased a 30 m retractable hose kit & have installed: the flow control on hose works perfectly. Have I purchased 2 faulty flow control to hose fittings or do they not leak when installed the other way?? “This is the third one of these adaptors I have bought. The other two broke off the yellow handle and one recently had the innards fall out and water come out the side. I think you need to at least strengthen the lever - I expect this one will fail also in less than 12 months. I like the function - which is why I keep buying but could not recommend it.”
