“great product, makes changing nozzles really easy. I do have a small problem with a 30m retractable reel I bought some time ago. The last meter or so never wants to go back in. Is there a way of tightening up the spring???”

But changing the O rings didn’t stop the leak, and when I rang to find out what else I should do, you sent me a complete new unit , No charge.
