Unfortunately not a good experience on one of the two purchased,on first use the spigot part above the angle came away when the timer the shut off(I was looking closely at it for any possible water leaks and got drenced )Called Hoselink and they replace it immediately under warranty. Very Impressed.However, the 2nd one is fine and so far very happy no leaks.I have a photo if this is of interest.

Seems to work well.as you can spin around at all angles without fear of it snapping off

The first Angled Tap Protector blew apart while attached to a tap timer and dumped hundreds of litres of water before we noticed the problem. The replacement that was sent has just failed in the same manner. At least this time I had just turned the water on - about a 1/2 to 3/4 turn. The Angled Tap Protector had probably only been used twice. As currently implemented this product is not fit for purpose and there is no way that I'd turn on a tap with one fitted and then walk away from it.

After less than 6 hours of use the top of the Angled Tap Protector - just below where it screws onto the tap - separated from the rest of the unit and about an hours worth of water was wasted. The unit looks like it just pulled apart - I can send photographs if requested. I have used many tap timers on this tap and none have failed in this manner so I doubt that I had a water pressure issue. The tap was only open about 1 turn as it feeds an underground weeper system and to much pressure can damage the small weeper hoses. Hopefully this is a "one off" but at this stage I cannot recommend this product.

I ordered two of these as they appeared to just what I needed for my garden hoses.I fitted the first one to my primary hose reel and noticed a small leak adjacent to the garden tap.After a few minutes the leak became worse and then the unit blew apart just above the swivel joint.Fortunately when I fitted the second unit it hasn’t leaked under pressure.Obviously the first unit was poorly assembled.I was not impressed by the quality and ordered two straight connectors instead and complained about the quality.I was impressed by your customer service as the replacement items were supplied free of charge and free postage.This is the first time I have had problems with Hoselink products and will continue to use them.
