“Had a leaking elbow joint on hose reel. Watched Hoselink YouTube clip to see how to fix. Suspected the O Rings I used as replacements were too plump. Got onto chat with Hoselink and was immediately confirmed that smaller ORings were required. Was advised that I would be sent correct ORings. No charge. Arrived in the mail. Leak fixed. Outstanding after sales service”
