“I replaced the O-rings supplied to stop it leaking, but think it should come with a new retaining clip also as it is stretched after taking it on & off, so far it has fixed the problem.”
“A true GREAT Australian, family run company! Truly, he only word we could use would be excellent. We have used Hoselink products for years. We would never use anything else. The products are fantastic, but they really shine with their after sales customer service. Over the years we have lost the odd washer or o'ring etc, but when we ring, the friendly, helpful and sympathetic staff immediately send out spare parts, often at no cost! Recently they sent us some o rings at no charge, but unfortunately we lost them before fitting them. Embarrassingly, obviously expecting to have to pay for their replacement, we were blown away when, again, they sent the part out, and again at no charge! The CUSTOMER COMES FIRST with these guys as they are so proud of their well earnt reputation. Wish so many other companies should take a leaf out of Hoselink's book. “Not terribly happy with the quality of this product. Installed it only to find it was leaking. I would’ve thought if you're in the business of selling hose reels that you’d ensure that they don’t leak. I now have to pull it apart and fix it myself.”
