“Be prepared to spend extra money for the installation. I ended up spending an extra $65 at Bunnings in order to install the hose. A set of masonry drill bits - the bracket required 12mm holes in the brick work, a set of drill bits required to gradually get up to get up to 12mm, that was only the start. The screws supplied were not great quality and the drill bit burred into the screws as the seemed to be as soft as butter. In order to get the screws into the wall a mini socket was required - once again had to purchase a whole set at bunnings - to get the right size as it was not a standard size and the only one available was in a set. Finally, the bottom two screws on the bracket required an extension for the drill as the bracket was in the way of the drill getting to the screws, another trip to bunnings. I am pretty capable at getting things done around the house but this was a very frustrating experience due to bad design and the screws provided were cheap and nasty. Overall I am happy with the hose - I have only used it once but it’s great.”
