Hi Barry, thank you for your review and feedback. The spray gun was changed due to feedback we had received from our older models therefore, this is the new and improved version. It comes with a longer warranty and better features. However, if you are really not happy with this then we can look into alternatives - please just reach out to our customer care team directly. “Unfortunately this hose wouldn’t retract after a month or so. I phoned hoselink they were absolutely fantastic. I had another hose sent to me the same day. The staff were so on the ball and helpful. Will defiantly buy again. New hose is working just fine.”
